When you complete the The Pilot Guide questionnaire we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, country of residence and the answers you give about your pilot journey, goals, timeline, challenges and expected investment. We also record basic marketing source information such as UTM parameters and the referring page.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your situation, respond to you, prepare for a consultation where appropriate, and improve our guidance. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the questionnaire, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Data is kept only as long as necessary and handled in line with UK data-protection requirements.
